1. Agreement to Terms

• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and KYC.

3. User Account & Security

When you register for an account:

• You choose a username/password (or use biometric / OTP).
• You are responsible for maintaining security of your credentials.
• You must notify us immediately if your account is compromised.

4. Services

The Service may include:

• AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System) for cash withdrawal, balance inquiry, mini-statement.
• Mobile / DTH recharges.
• Utility bill payments (electricity, gas, water, etc.).
• Wallet or account-based transaction history.
• Future services (e.g., PAN services, BBPS) as made available.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, without liability.

5. Transactions & Payments

By using the Service to initiate transactions, you:

• Authorize Ujjwaldeep (and its partners) to process those transactions;
• Acknowledge that transactions are subject to validation, fraud checks, and regulatory requirements;
• Agree to applicable transaction fees (if any) as displayed before you confirm a transaction;
• Accept that refunds, reversals, or disputes will be handled according to our refund policy and/or regulatory norms.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized activity;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from our apps;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/network we are using;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Submit false or fraudulent information.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and software on the Service are owned by or licensed to Ujjwaldeep. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ujjwaldeep, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the Service;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your breach of any representation or warranty you make.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise. Ujjwaldeep disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ujjwaldeep, its affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount paid by you during the 12 months prior to the claim (if applicable).

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, governmental restrictions, or internet outages.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or for other business reasons. Upon termination, you must stop using the Service. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ujjwaldeep concerning your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
